Photo of the Day: Seagulls Feeding in the River Corrib
I took this photo a long time ago, way back in 2007 in one of my first trips to Galway city. It's amazing that I hadn't been to Galway before then, but that's a different story. Anyway, there was something of a feeding frenzy going on in the river with all the seagulls flying around, so I shot as much as I could, and this is one of my favourites. It had been lying dormant in my Lightroom library for quite some time until I came across it just this morning and decided to see what it might look like with a little faux slide film treatment courtesy of VSCO film 4. The result is much better than the original, and I have to say, it really reminds me of the look you would get with actual slide film.
