Here's a nice bright Summer image for a bright sunny day. I was walking along the road near to where I live and all along the road is a high wall. There in the middle of the wall was a rusty old gate and behind it all I saw (from the other side of the road) was this wall of colour. I had to walk all the way up the hill I was on to find a safe spot to cross and all the way back down but I think it was worth it. I know some hard core types would consider this image heresy because it wasn't taken at sunrise or sunset, but I like it. It's bright and cheerful.
