Autumn in Black
DSCF4206.jpg

Today was a cold and wet day here in Dublin. That might not sound so extraordinary except that we had been enjoying a somewhat mild Autumn after a great summer. But today, the weather had dropped almost ten degrees from yesterday, and you could feel the winter chill beginning to embrace the country. So, I thought it would be fitting to do a dark interpretation of the autumn weather with a few shots I took while passing through one of the cities parks earlier. I've been experimenting with some high contrast black and white looks, and so I tried out the techniques on this little artistic exercise. Enjoy... For those interested in the technical information - these were shot with a Fuji XE-1 and 35mm lens. Processed in Lightroom.
